Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with customer objectives and technical standards.
- Define technical architectures that support scalability, maintainability, and business success.
- Lead customer workshops and solution design sessions assessing current-state and future-state processes.
- Advise customers on ServiceNow capabilities, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Resolve complex technical issues, support project delivery teams, and mentor Associate Technical Consultants.
- Guide technical documentation, business requirement workbooks, and solution artifacts.
- Participate in solution scoping, requirements validation, testing, adoption strategies, and project delivery.
- Maintain relevant ServiceNow certifications and stay current with platform innovations and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or technology services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow certification aligned with the supported workflow or platform specialization.
- Experience leading customer technical discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and enterprise application integrations.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Experience working effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
- Experience using AI tools or AI-driven insights to improve processes, productivity, decision-making, or customer outcomes.
- Understanding of AI concepts, ethical considerations, and practical business applications.
- Advanced ServiceNow certifications, mentoring or technical leadership experience, workflow expertise, digital transformation experience, and consulting or stakeholder management skills are preferred.
