Responsibilities
- Develop and support Blue Prism RPA solutions throughout the delivery and support lifecycle.
- Participate in solution design, requirements analysis, feasibility studies, proof-of-concept work, and process opportunity identification.
- Analyze and document business processes, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and automation-specific solution designs.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, fix bugs during UAT and SIT, and provide post-go-live support.
- Mentor developers and support colleagues through RPA solution development, delivery, and accreditation activities.
- Participate in peer code reviews and follow coding, security, design, release, quality, and change-control practices.
- Support UAT and rollout activities with operational teams.
- Perform Blue Prism live-environment administration, including running processes, viewing logs, and maintaining resource PCs.
- Identify technical infrastructure requirements for Blue Prism automation.
- Work with project leaders and senior technical members on project improvements, issue escalation, and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism development.
- Experience with RPA solution design, delivery lifecycle activities, and associated methodologies.
- Ability to analyze business processes, assess technical and functional feasibility, and estimate automation work.
- Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, code review, and production-support capabilities.
- Ability to mentor colleagues and collaborate with developers, project leaders, operational teams, UAT teams, and senior technical members.
- Ability to follow coding, nomenclature, commenting, security, quality, and change-control practices.
