Responsibilities
- Participate in security reviews for projects submitted to the Security Design Authority forum.
- Ensure projects and applications are secure by design and comply with Deutsche Bank security controls, policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Support the Security Design Authority process as part of the Architecture team.
- Collaborate with the central Security Design Authority team and project teams.
- Provide advisory support for Identity and Access architecture and contribute to adoption of central Identity and Access solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in IT or information security, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in Identity and Access, including authentication, authorization, access lifecycle management, privileged access management, and secrets management.
- Good overall knowledge of Identity and Access and deep understanding of information security principles and techniques.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Relevant ISO, CISSP, or NIST certifications are desirable.
- Experience in the financial sector, security reviews, IAM solutions such as SailPoint or ForgeRock, and international, complex, regulated environments is desirable.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying critical judgment to the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
