Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Django and Hotwire.
- Collaborate with product managers to bring features to life.
- Work on projects that enhance pediatric healthcare technology.
- Own projects from conception to production, ensuring high-quality software.
- Proactively find and fix bugs, document systems, and address tech debt.
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of experience as a software engineer.
- Strong full-stack generalist with experience in MVC frameworks like Django.
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience leading projects and teams, with a focus on impact over complexity.
- Proven track record of working autonomously and managing projects effectively.
