Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Reduce the backlog of pending change requests for the client’s grants management system and associated portal applications.
- Develop and maintain grants management applications focused on modernization, enhancements, interoperability, reusability, security, privacy, and system interfaces.
- Collaborate with client personnel to capture and achieve requirements.
- Design, code, and test software applications for mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
- Provide application testing services to validate system changes.
- Use Java and Oracle technologies in application development and maintenance.
Requirements
- Technical training, certification(s), or a degree is required.
- At least 5 years of related experience is required.
- Proficiency with SQL, Oracle, and Java is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
