Base Salary
$90k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between Flock's products and customer environments.
- Design tailored solutions for customer technical needs.
- Drive successful deployments and integrations.
- Work directly with customers to understand their technical environments.
- Contribute to the evolution of the product based on customer feedback.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in software engineering with proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL, including writing efficient queries.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and authentication methods.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as VPNs and firewalls.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Clear communication skills for translating technical concepts.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and willingness to travel 25-50%.
