Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable iOS application architecture for advanced crypto trading experiences.
- Partner with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and data teams to deliver fast, reliable mobile trading tools.
- Improve application performance, real-time data handling, observability, and release stability across crypto trading workflows.
- Lead technical planning and provide guidance in system design reviews, implementation discussions, and incident resolution.
- Mentor iOS engineers through code reviews, technical feedback, and structured development support.
- Contribute to engineering standards and documentation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications.
- Extensive experience building and maintaining large-scale iOS applications using Swift and modern iOS development frameworks.
- Experience designing mobile systems with clear architecture patterns, scalable components, and maintainable testing strategies, particularly for data-intensive or real-time use cases.
- Ability to collaborate with product, design, backend, and infrastructure partners on customer-focused technical solutions.
- Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams and balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform improvements.
- Experience with financial platforms, trading systems, or real-time market data products is preferred.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to translate complex trading concepts into intuitive mobile experiences.
- Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident.

- Base pay ranges from $153,000 to $230,000 annually depending on compensation zone, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
