Base Salary
$160k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, build, and maintain Moloco’s mobile Ads SDK across supported platforms.
- Keep the SDK current with the latest iOS updates and contribute to shared iOS and Android architecture decisions.
- Partner with backend and infrastructure teams on APIs, telemetry, and services supporting the SDK end to end.
- Help customers integrate the SDK and maintain customer-facing SDK documentation.
- Build and distribute mobile libraries, plugins, and related tooling as needed.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide feedback that supports team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-platform engineering teams across Moloco’s global offices on new features and functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree.
- At least five years of software engineering experience, including strong iOS experience.
- Proficiency in Swift and/or object-oriented programming.
- Expert-level understanding of multithreading and networking.
- Understanding of iOS internals, compilers, and optimization for lower-power devices.
- Comfort working across client, server, and tooling layers beyond native UI development.
- Experience with agile methodologies and high-level design principles.
- Passion for mobile platforms and keeping current with platform developments.
- Preferred: Android development with Kotlin or Java, or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Preferred: experience distributing CocoaPods, Carthage, and/or Swift Package Manager libraries.
- Preferred: experience publishing apps to the App Store and/or Google Play.
- Preferred: experience with MRAID, VAST, React Native or Unity plugins, and backend or full-stack development.
