Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, deploy, and operate production iOS applications.
- Translate product requirements into scalable mobile solutions and create low-level designs, APIs, and data models.
- Own substantial mobile product features across design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and other technical teams to deliver end-to-end capabilities.
- Improve application quality through automated testing, observability, performance optimization, code reviews, and incident resolution.
- Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions and apply AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional experience developing and delivering production iOS applications using Swift.
- Experience owning substantial features or services within a mobile product.
- Proficiency with software design, low-level design, API integration, data modeling, debugging, testing, version control, and continuous delivery practices.
- Ability to collaborate across technical domains and apply engineering judgment to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Preferred: experience designing and operating iOS applications at significant scale with attention to performance, reliability, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Preferred: advanced knowledge of core iOS frameworks such as SwiftUI and experience with API and GraphQL integration.
- Preferred: hands-on experience applying AI/ML concepts or integrating AI-enabled capabilities into mobile products.
- Preferred: experience using coding agents such as Claude or comparable AI-assisted development tools.
