Responsibilities
- Design AI integrations that securely interact with core platforms.
- Architect the integration layer between external LLM providers and internal data.
- Develop a model-agnostic inference layer for performance and cost efficiency.
- Write production-ready backend code using modern frameworks.
- Implement robust RAG pipelines to enhance AI response accuracy.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for deploying services in a cloud environment.
- Implement automated testing frameworks for response evaluation.
- Ensure strict handling of PII and adherence to security standards.
- Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong Python proficiency.
- 2+ years of experience building LLM-powered applications.
- Experience with Vector Databases and processing unstructured text.
- Hands-on experience deploying services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven experience integrating applications with SaaS platforms like Salesforce.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
