Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Design and demonstrate outbound campaign workflows.
  • Create AI flows using various design tools.
  • Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead proof-of-value and pilot implementations for outbound use cases.
  • Integrate CCaaS platforms with CRM and campaign management tools.
  • Apply knowledge of conversational AI and virtual agent solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of outbound contact center operations and campaign orchestration.
  • Familiarity with outbound compliance frameworks like OFCOM, FDCPA, CFPB, and TCPA.
  • Prior hands-on experience in contact center operations, especially outbound.
  • Experience with CCaaS platforms such as NiCE, Genesys, or Five9.
  • Understanding of AI/ML applications in outbound operations.
  • Ability to design scalable outbound solutions integrating with various systems.
  • Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts.
