Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements.
- Design and demonstrate outbound campaign workflows.
- Create AI flows using various design tools.
- Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead proof-of-value and pilot implementations for outbound use cases.
- Integrate CCaaS platforms with CRM and campaign management tools.
- Apply knowledge of conversational AI and virtual agent solutions.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of outbound contact center operations and campaign orchestration.
- Familiarity with outbound compliance frameworks like OFCOM, FDCPA, CFPB, and TCPA.
- Prior hands-on experience in contact center operations, especially outbound.
- Experience with CCaaS platforms such as NiCE, Genesys, or Five9.
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in outbound operations.
- Ability to design scalable outbound solutions integrating with various systems.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts.
