Responsibilities
- Act as the principal implementation liaison, documenting customer requirements and translating technical requirements into configuration, business processes, and goals.
- Lead business discovery, develop implementation recommendations, and execute configuration and setup of the software solution.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security requirements for customer databases.
- Assess implementation plans and manage communication among project stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify improvements that increase efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Maintain training databases for product releases, enhancements, and leading practices.
- Build stakeholder relationships and advise customers on business practices, solution use, change management, user readiness, and acceptance.
- Anticipate and communicate implementation issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays.
- Test, pilot, and document new professional services offerings while maintaining expertise across multiple product offerings.
- Lead customer-site meetings and presentations when needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a software implementation role, with 2–4+ years stated in the posting.
- Consulting experience within a software organization involving workflow analysis, documentation, and delivery of operational recommendations.
- Experience working across multiple project teams while balancing milestones and objectives.
- Previous software solution configuration or implementation, database testing, and end-user support experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- Ability to take accountability for projects, work independently, prioritize effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver on time.
- Healthcare market experience is preferred.
- Post-secondary education in a business- or technology-related field is preferred.
