Base Salary
$91k - $169k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise identity platform and architect SSO integrations and lifecycle workflows.
- Engineer identity lifecycle management and automate provisioning workflows using IaC.
- Govern access across cloud and SaaS platforms, designing periodic access reviews.
- Harden device-to-identity trust boundaries and ensure compliance signals are evaluated.
- Consolidate legacy identity surfaces and clean up orphaned accounts and stale integrations.
- Build the IAM measurement layer to track KPIs and demonstrate program maturity.
- Define the identity layer of the access request platform and ensure clear workflows.
- Utilize AI coding agents in the identity engineering workflow and review AI-generated outputs.
Requirements
- Production experience in engineering and operating an enterprise identity platform at scale.
- Strong IaC skills, particularly with Terraform or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Experience designing access control models in SaaS-heavy environments.
- Comfort writing code to automate identity operations using Python, Go, or similar.
- Track record of defining measurable outcomes for security/identity programs.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI coding tools in a production context.
