Base Salary
$133k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and review technical designs for custom development and integrations.
- Serve as a technical thought leader by evaluating new Salesforce capabilities.
- Design, build, and govern integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and co-design solutions.
- Mentor and develop other Salesforce engineers on the team.
- Set the strategic direction for the optimization of Salesforce and adjacent systems.
- Own end-to-end architecture and governance of CPQ solutions.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.com with 5+ years in complex enterprise organizations.
- 4+ years of experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
- 2+ years of experience building integrations with Workato or comparable iPaaS tools.
- Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tooling and Git-based source control workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships across teams.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CPQ with 5+ years of experience.
- 2+ years of experience configuring Ironclad or comparable CLM tools.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications.
