Responsibilities
- Automate build, test, and release pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, Harness, and GitHub Actions.
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Support ML model deployment, versioning, retraining, and rollback.
- Containerize AI/ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Build and maintain ML workflow orchestration with Kubeflow, MLflow, or Airflow.
- Implement model drift detection, observability, and production monitoring using Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or ELK.
- Manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure and Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters for AI/ML workloads.
- Embed SAST, DAST, and open-source software scanning into delivery pipelines.
- Analyze application vulnerabilities, conduct testing and debugging, consult with technology stakeholders, and support junior analysts.
- Follow Citi SDLC, change management, security, compliance, and risk-control standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of DevOps or SRE experience.
- Python scripting experience.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform.
- Git-based version-control experience.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work with growing autonomy, advise junior colleagues, and exercise sound judgment regarding risk, compliance, and reputational considerations.
