Base Salary
$200k - $322k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions for infrastructure operations.
- Architect software systems meeting performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Build agents, skills, and harnesses for infrastructure workflows using Claude and Codex.
- Develop integrations with BigPanda, ITMP, Prometheus, and similar tools.
- Drive automation, software development, and delivery improvements.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to define requirements and deliver end-to-end projects.
- Promote code reviews, testing, continuous integration, and other software development practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative team environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of demonstrable software engineering experience focused on team leadership and project management.
- Proven experience developing and implementing software solutions for complex business problems.
- Expertise in C++, Python, and Java and strong software development fundamentals.
- Ability to write agents, skills, and harnesses with Claude and Codex.
- Experience coding integrations with tools such as BigPanda, ITMP, and Prometheus.
- Proven experience with automation and software development and delivery.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with AI, machine learning, and data-driven solutions is preferred.
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, and innovative problem-solving abilities are preferred.
