Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Champion the adoption of AI coding tools across the engineering organization.
- Run internal workshops and enablement programs for engineers on AI-assisted development.
- Define and evolve AI-first development standards within the engineering culture.
- Design and maintain the internal developer platform for secure software delivery.
- Own CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to integrate AI assistance into the SDLC.
- Build intelligent automation for code review, test generation, and deployment.
- Architect infrastructure for running AI coding agents in secure environments.
- Establish and track DevEx metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a thought leader on AI coding trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in platform or DevEx roles.
- Deep, hands-on experience with AI coding tools.
- Proven ability to drive cultural change and adoption of new tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms.
- Systems thinker balancing big-picture vision with practical implementation.
- Strong communication skills for internal guides and demos.
- Passion for real-world impact in healthcare through engineering.
