Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Champion adoption of Cursor, Claude Code, and emerging agentic frameworks across the engineering organization.
- Run workshops, pairing sessions, and enablement programs covering prompt engineering, AI-assisted TDD, and autonomous code generation.
- Define AI-first development standards and integrate them into engineering culture, onboarding, and workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain the internal developer platform, CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and self-service infrastructure.
- Build automation for code review, test generation, documentation, and deployment using LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Architect secure, sandboxed infrastructure for AI coding agents with appropriate guardrails and observability.
- Establish and track DevEx metrics, including DORA, cycle time, and AI adoption rates.
- Advise engineering, security, and product teams on AI coding trends and platform strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in platform, DevEx, or developer tooling roles.
- Deep hands-on experience with AI coding tools and strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience writing backend services, CLI tools, and automation scripts.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms, including GitHub Actions, Buildkite, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
- Ability to drive adoption of new tools and workflows and communicate through internal guides, workshops, and demonstrations.
