Responsibilities
- Scope and implement AI Agent deployments in SAP environments.
- Analyze customer requirements and design precise prompts for AI agents.
- Simplify complex workflows into conversational components.
- Fine-tune conversational flows to align with customer brand standards.
- Build and configure integrations between customer systems and Parloa's platform.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on complex integration scenarios.
- Identify and solve blockers with internal and customer teams.
- Apply structured testing approaches to validate AI agent behavior.
- Document best practices and product capabilities for various audiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
- Exposure to SAP AI Core, SAP Agent Builder, or similar AI extensions.
- Experience with conversational AI in an SAP context.
- Demonstrable SAP integration experience in live enterprise delivery.
- Solid understanding of SAP APIs and data access patterns.
- Strong prompt engineering and LLM workflow design skills.
- Analytical and structured communicator with strong stakeholder discipline.
- Proficiency with JSON/XML and API testing tools.
