Responsibilities

  • Research autonomous driving, simulation testing, VTD architecture, operating mechanisms, core modules, and industry-level testing solutions.
  • Design and implement customized full-scenario autonomous driving simulation testing solutions across MIL, SIL, HIL, DIL, and cloud-based simulation.
  • Provide full-lifecycle customer technical support for VTD simulation testing and resolve software, environment, and test-execution issues.
  • Design, deploy, debug, maintain, and optimize VTD test systems on private-cloud infrastructure.
  • Configure and customize VTD IG, ROD, and MM modules for customer testing requirements.
  • Build and optimize VTD camera and LiDAR sensor simulations, including clock-source, data-refresh-rate, model-revision, and parameter-calibration work.
  • Coordinate projects, decompose customer requirements, communicate with clients, and deliver technical implementations independently.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in autonomous driving simulation testing.
  • Experience with automated AD testing workflows, specifications, deployment, maintenance, optimization, and project delivery.
  • Expertise in VTD functionality and VTD-based XIL solution setup, commissioning, and delivery.
  • Understanding of scenario simulation, vehicle dynamics simulation, and automated testing tool collaboration.
  • Experience with VTD cloud simulation, private-cloud architecture, deployment, compatibility debugging, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Ability to diagnose and fix VTD software-usage, simulation-runtime, and system-compatibility defects.
  • Proficiency in VTD camera and LiDAR sensor simulation and familiarity with multiple camera and LiDAR variants.
  • Strong client communication, requirement decomposition, project management, logical reasoning, accountability, and independent delivery skills.
  • Ability to read English technical literature and communicate orally in English.
  • Master's degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Vehicle Engineering, or a related discipline; a bachelor's degree may be accepted for particularly outstanding candidates.
  • Preferred experience coordinating and delivering projects with OEMs and autonomous driving solution vendors.
  • Preferred knowledge of industrial testing standards, AD scenario library construction, test script programming, post-test data analysis, automotive onboard sensors, and cloud-native simulation platforms.
