Responsibilities

  • Research autonomous driving simulation trends, technical approaches, VTD architecture, operating mechanisms, and core modules.
  • Design and implement customized full-scenario autonomous driving simulation testing solutions across MIL, SIL, HIL, DIL, and cloud-based simulation environments.
  • Provide full-lifecycle technical support for VTD simulation testing, including software operation, environment setup, test execution, and issue resolution.
  • Deploy, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot VTD test systems on private cloud infrastructure.
  • Configure and customize VTD IG, ROD, and MM modules for customer testing requirements.
  • Build and optimize camera sensor simulations and revise, calibrate, and optimize LiDAR simulation models.
  • Coordinate projects, decompose customer requirements, communicate with clients, and complete end-to-end technical implementations.
  • Support scenario library construction, test script programming, and post-test data analysis.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in autonomous driving simulation testing.
  • Expertise in VTD software and full proficiency in setup, commissioning, and delivery of VTD-based XIL solutions.
  • Experience with deployment, maintenance, optimization, architecture design, and compatibility debugging for simulation test systems, including private-cloud environments.
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve VTD software, simulation runtime, and system compatibility defects.
  • Deep understanding of scenario simulation, vehicle dynamics simulation, automated testing tools, VTD architecture, and core modules.
  • Practical expertise in camera and LiDAR sensor simulation, including parameter adaptation, modeling, calibration, and performance optimization.
  • Strong client communication, requirements analysis, project management, logical thinking, and independent delivery skills.
  • Ability to read English technical literature and communicate orally in English.
  • Master's degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Vehicle Engineering, or a related discipline; bachelor's degree may be accepted for particularly outstanding candidates.
  • Preferred: experience coordinating and delivering projects with OEMs and autonomous driving solution vendors, knowledge of industrial testing standards, and experience with multiple camera and LiDAR variants and cloud-native simulation platforms.
