Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot user issues and advise technical users on integrations across multiple platforms.
- Partner with mentors to improve developer skills and team coverage.
- Work a mixed schedule to provide 24/5 front-line developer support.
- Analyze user friction points and collaborate with teams to enhance Stripe's offerings.
- Optimize internal and external documentation for Stripe's products.
- Collaborate with Technical Solutions Engineering and Product Engineering on technical issues.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate technical guidance clearly to users of varied backgrounds.
- Passion for interacting with new people, including live chats.
- Familiarity with SQL and ability to build basic queries.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with technical teams.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on user interaction.
