Responsibilities
- Build software and solutions that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Research AI-augmented agentic solutions and lead large-scale test automation initiatives.
- Monitor test environments and provide support when errors and incidents occur.
- Define end-to-end test strategies, analyze requirements, create test plans, and design test cases for new features and integrations.
- Lead quality initiatives for one or more teams.
- Identify improvements to the technology stack and test products and systems to uncover issues.
- Use quality and performance metrics to drive improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of testing experience, ideally with web applications.
- 7+ years working directly with product teams in an agile environment.
- 6+ years of UI and API automation experience.
- At least 1 year developing AI-augmented agentic testing frameworks and evaluations for AI-driven applications.
- 6+ years working with CI/CD build pipelines focused on test automation, including GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Kubernetes.
- Experience developing and maintaining test automation tools with Puppeteer, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, and MCP servers.
- Experience with API testing frameworks such as Postman, REST-assured, and Pact.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Previous startup experience and testing in an Agile development life cycle are preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Targeted base salary range in Canada is CAD $137,600–$172,000, with potential eligibility for variable pay, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
