Responsibilities
- Build software, test infrastructure, and tooling that help engineering teams deliver high-quality software.
- Research AI-augmented agentic solutions and lead large-scale test automation initiatives.
- Monitor test environments and provide support when errors and incidents occur.
- Define end-to-end test strategies, analyze requirements, and create test plans and cases for regression, performance, load, and integration testing.
- Lead quality initiatives for one or more engineering teams.
- Identify improvements in the technology stack and test products and systems to uncover issues.
- Use quality and performance metrics to drive process and product improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of testing experience, ideally with web applications.
- 7+ years working directly with product teams in an agile environment.
- 6+ years of UI and API automation experience.
- At least 1 year developing AI-augmented agentic testing frameworks and evaluations for AI-driven applications.
- 6+ years working with CI/CD build pipelines focused on test automation, including GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Kubernetes.
- Experience developing and maintaining test automation tools using Puppeteer, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, and MCP servers.
- Experience with API testing frameworks such as Postman, REST-assured, and Pact.
- Proficiency in a programming or scripting language such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Startup experience, Agile development lifecycle experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
