Base Salary
$165k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and implement key features as part of an agile team.
- Rapidly deliver value by pushing features to the AWS-hosted SaaS environment daily.
- Provide technical and product expertise within the team and organization.
- Communicate effectively about project status and technical issues.
- Participate in the agile process and work to improve team capabilities.
- Support production operations of the Jellyfish product.
- Foster a culture of growth and inclusion within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building SaaS products with a focus on Full Stack development.
- Strong skills in Typescript and Python, with experience in React and Django.
- Experience or interest in working in a growth-stage startup.
- Curiosity and ability to ask questions and build consensus.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborative work.
- Humility, a performance-driven attitude, and a team-player approach.
