Base Salary
$307k - $427k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute significantly to Search’s strategic roadmap.
- Develop and deploy GenAI technology for content understanding and an AI-generated content framework.
- Conduct applied research on new GenAI techniques and explore new content experiences and directions.
- Work with Research, Search, Ads, and adjacent teams to integrate GenAI technology into content products and services.
- Contribute to the technical outlook and next-generation roadmap of the Search Content Platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in software engineering building technical products and services.
- 10 years of experience developing and deploying models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred: experience developing AI-centered product features and leading user-facing product efforts.
- Preferred: experience applying generative AI and machine learning to real-world content problems.
- Preferred: excellent mathematical skills and knowledge of statistical methods.
- Preferred: ability to influence across technical, cross-functional, and highly matrixed teams without formal authority.
