Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Oversee daily operations, assign tasks, and serve as the primary liaison between the team and senior management.
- Architect and design end-to-end PLM solutions aligned with business objectives, engineering processes, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Translate business and engineering requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define PLM data models, lifecycle strategies, integrations, and product-data governance frameworks.
- Lead PLM platform configuration, customization, and integration with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership, guide development teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and enforce best practices.
- Establish quality standards for solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor PLM specialists and developers while promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, PLM Architect, or senior PLM consultant delivering enterprise-scale implementations in complex business environments.
- More than 7 years of strong expertise with PLM platforms such as ENOVIA and 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Two to five years of strong expertise with CATIA V5 and ENOVIA V5.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, engineering change management, configuration management, and product-data governance.
- Experience integrating PLM solutions with CAD, CAE, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications for digital-thread initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including SAFe and Agile-at-Scale frameworks, and experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill is preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, TOGAF, ArchiMate, and BPMN 2.0 is preferred.
- Fluency in French is preferred.
