
Solutions Architect, Salesforce Migrations (Data360, Revenue, Tableau, or Marketing Clouds)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements from kickoff through successful go-live, owning technical delivery, project health, timelines, and outcomes.
- Partner with account teams and sales leadership to align migration goals with customer strategy, renewal, and expansion objectives.
- Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and translate complex migration challenges into actionable decisions.
- Develop delivery plans, facilitate enablement sessions, and prepare customer teams for platform transitions.
- Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits for discovery, data mapping, code conversion, health reporting, and task automation.
- Coordinate with Global Delivery Center partners while maintaining accountability for technical output quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product, and Engineering to communicate field feedback and improve migration tooling.
- Provide domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
- Serve as the technical point of contact during major migration incidents and coordinate cutover protection for customer operations.
- Monitor technical trends and provide release recommendations to improve migrated environments’ performance and stability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting focused on large-scale platform migrations.
- Deep hands-on expertise in at least one of Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core or specialized clouds.
- Experience driving business value, facilitating technical discussions, navigating complex stakeholders, and explaining technical architectures in business-friendly language.
- Experience working with global or offshore delivery models such as the Global Delivery Center.
- Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools for data mapping, sentiment analysis, or task automation, plus AI literacy and prompt engineering skills.
- Understanding of cloud-platform integrations with telephony systems, third-party data sources, and self-service portals.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Preferred certifications include Marketing Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Tableau Desktop Specialist, Salesforce AI Associate, or Agentblazer.
- Preferred experience includes leading multi-million-dollar transformation engagements as an individual contributor.

- For British Columbia-based roles, the posted base salary range is CAD 92,600 to CAD 240,400.
- For Ontario-based roles, the posted base salary range is CAD 92,600 to CAD 142,600 annually.
