Base Salary
$120k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve sports trading and tools applications, desktop applications, and backend services.
- Build low-latency, highly available, scalable solutions that process high volumes of data.
- Support and enhance the existing codebase and trading functions, including systems used 24/7.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent fault recurrence.
- Support product owners and the testing team during project testing phases.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Identify technical improvements, contribute to solution proposals, and create work effort estimates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial C# experience.
- Solid understanding of Windows applications and services.
- Commercial MS SQL Server experience.
- Ability to understand complex architecture and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Coaching or mentoring experience in technical subject areas.
- An interest in or understanding of American Football, Basketball, Ice Hockey, and/or Baseball is beneficial.
