Responsibilities
- Advance a multiplayer agentic harness for collaboration among humans, agents, firm systems, and clients.
- Design multi-agent workflows using orchestration and actor models, including coordination, delegation, and recovery.
- Build shared task, state, memory, and continual learning systems that preserve context and ownership.
- Develop agent integrations, evaluation frameworks, collaborative interfaces, operational views, client portals, and secure execution capabilities.
- Apply AI systems to legal workflows including due diligence, cap table reconciliation, and transactional document review.
- Improve engineering practices with coding agents, measure impacts on delivery and software quality, and conduct and publish novel AI research.
Requirements
- Practical, hands-on fluency with AI tools and workflows, with the ability to demonstrate concrete usage and outcomes during interviews.
- Ability to build complex agentic systems involving orchestration, collaboration, permissions, accountability, evaluation, and recovery.
- Ability to conduct novel AI research grounded in real professional work and communicate findings through publications, collaboration, and conference talks.
