Base Salary
$166k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own projects end to end, from problem definition to implementation and measurement.
- Build, test, and deploy well-structured, well-tested software continuously.
- Design reliable workflows across services and operational processes.
- Integrate observability and evaluation into automation systems.
- Contribute to the security and reliability of systems handling sensitive financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions.
- Investigate production issues and support the services you own.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to engineering standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Strong software-engineering fundamentals and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Experience with Python in production environments.
- Proven track record of owning and shipping customer-facing systems.
- Experience designing and debugging reliable production systems.
- Strong product and systems judgment in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and teach others.
