Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish development standards and best practices for software quality and delivery efficiency.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts to align solutions with business requirements.
- Design and optimize data architectures in cloud-based data warehousing environments using Snowflake.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Proficiency in data integration, transformation, and management techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex data workflows and implement scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization in large-scale data systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- The position is based at the Pune office.
