Responsibilities
- Lead client requirements sessions, data architecture, solution specifications, XDM schemas, identity resolution strategies, and enterprise data models.
- Design and configure Real-Time CDP audiences, merge policies, identity graphs, activation workflows, and Adobe Journey Optimizer customer journeys.
- Deliver AEP API integrations, Query Service SQL workloads, data ingestion pipelines, source connectors, and data flows.
- Establish AEP-specific prompt libraries, AI-assisted development standards, code review workflows, and quality gates.
- Own data governance, consent management, DULE policy enforcement, data quality analysis, and remediation recommendations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AEP pipelines, ingestion jobs, and journey executions, communicating findings to client stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the AEP engineering team while owning sprint velocity, quality, delivery milestones, and Agile ceremonies.
- Lead technical design sessions, data workshops, solution walkthroughs, and reporting of AI productivity and quality KPIs.
- Build reusable AEP accelerators, AI workflow patterns, and integration approaches for enterprise MarTech ecosystems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of AEP development experience in production environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a 15-year full-time education background required.
- At least 1 year of hands-on AI-assisted development in a production AEP delivery context.
- Deep proficiency with AEP, including XDM schema design, dataset management, identity resolution, Real-Time CDP, ingestion, segmentation, AJO, Query Service, APIs, governance, and destinations.
- Experience leading a team or serving as a senior individual contributor with delivery accountability while remaining hands-on.
- Strong SQL, JavaScript, and Python skills, plus experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and data platform infrastructure.
- Production experience calling LLM APIs, including understanding token management, latency, and cost trade-offs.
- Expertise with agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, and understanding of RAG pipelines.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, Adobe Analytics migration, Customer AI, Attribution AI, CDP architecture, and enterprise MarTech integration.
