Responsibilities
- Own entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Ship production features daily and help shape product direction as founding engineer #4.
- Build fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Write, iterate, and scale production-quality code as the product matures.
- Talk with customers and iterate based on feedback.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and other founding engineers.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools such as Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- High-agency, resourceful, ownership-oriented startup mindset.
- Ability to work intensely and take projects from concept to completion.
