Responsibilities
- Design and implement blockchain applications for institutional finance, tokenized funds, and real-world assets.
- Develop and maintain smart contracts and on-chain workflows for financial agreements with correctness, auditability, and access control.
- Build and integrate backend services and APIs with blockchain networks and enterprise systems.
- Implement privacy, security, secure signing, cryptography, role-based access, and key-management patterns.
- Deliver solutions across development, testing, and production environments using modern DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 5 to 12+ years of professional experience in blockchain or related software engineering.
- Strong programming experience in Go, Rust, or DAML.
- Experience with blockchain platforms, smart contracts, distributed ledger systems, or protocol and chain-module engineering.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, messaging systems, and cloud-native design.
- Backend experience with Java or Node.js and API integration.
- Experience with HSM/KMS integrations, PKI, or secure key management.
- Familiarity with containerization, monitoring/logging, relational or NoSQL stores, and Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent messaging systems.
