Base Salary
$112k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions across multiple product lines.
- Direct and consult on all phases of the software engineering lifecycle and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Establish architecture design standards, review solution designs, and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.
- Support the modernization of existing systems and transition from an on-premise environment to the cloud.
- Lead complex problem solving, optimize workflow automation, and provide technical guidance to colleagues and solution development teams.
- Monitor security technology trends and guide adaptable technology and architecture choices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with enterprise-scale system design and hands-on work across multiple software languages and frameworks.
- Preferred familiarity with Azure cloud services and proficiency in Delphi, C#, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, cloud computing, DevOps, debugging, application design, system design, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, coach others, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively across engineering and organizational leadership.
