Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of features from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand customer pain points.
- Write design documents and architect scalable systems.
- Mentor and support less experienced engineers through feedback and coaching.
- Coordinate multi-team deliverables and drive alignment across the organization.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance coding and development workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product leadership and translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Strong background in system architecture and designing scalable systems.
- Expertise in defining engineering excellence, including CI/CD and testing strategies.
- Experience with frontend and backend development, including API versioning and performance optimization.
- Ability to lead observability practices and manage incident responses.
- Interest in AI-driven development and modern workflows.
