Responsibilities
- Drive the technical strategy for the Card Spend and Card Payments domains.
- Scale the credit card platform to support substantial growth.
- Enhance AI-driven payment scheduling systems.
- Optimize the virtual card infrastructure for instant spending.
- Build automated loss mitigation features using proprietary risk models.
- Create customer segmentation tools for portfolio expansion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing web APIs within .NET (C#).
- Experience building resilient financial systems with complex lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and queue-based architectures.
- Ability to balance immediate business needs with long-term architectural considerations.
- Experience scaling consumer-facing products with significant transaction volumes.
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
- Skill in mentoring and elevating the capabilities of other engineers.
