Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and components.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in backend engineering with a strong foundation in system design.
- 3+ years of experience in payments or the FinTech space.
- Proven experience leading technical projects and teams.
- Deep expertise in backend technologies like Java or Python and relational databases.
- Experience with large-scale, high-performance systems.
- Ability to break down complex problems into scalable solutions.
- Track record of designing and scaling maintainable systems.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts.
- Strong focus on quality and accountability.
- Experience in mentoring less-experienced engineers.
