Base Salary

$127k - $166k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of Workday integrations.
  • Create technical design specifications and perform unit and system integration testing.
  • Understand business problems and build efficient solutions using Workday and middleware tools.
  • Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio and other tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and define functional specifications.
  • Manage Workday integration analysis and deployment to production.
  • Lead integration projects with third-party vendors from discovery to implementation.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound data integrations and system health.
  • Participate in Workday release reviews and testing.
  • Create detailed integration specifications and designs.
  • Research integration failures and perform root cause analyses.
  • Collaborate with functional leads on system operations and security.
  • Assist in configuring complex business processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of Workday products and best practices.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and evaluate their impact.
  • Contribute to product vision and team planning.
  • Help manage timelines and deliverables within large projects.
  • Serve as a Workday reporting authority and optimize reporting capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into impactful reporting solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Workday report writing and integrations experience.
  • Experience with complex integrations, preferably with Finance, Payroll, and Benefits systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Studio Development.
  • Proficient in Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
  • Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and Java.
  • Experience with integration design and testing concepts.
  • Knowledge of the system development lifecycle, including production support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with effective multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
