Base Salary
$175k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enhance the scalability and reliability of Grafana Cloud's observability platform.
- Collaborate with engineers to reduce new region build timelines.
- Define service level objectives and conduct capacity planning.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain system health.
- Utilize modern AI coding assistants to improve developer productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering large distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of system design tradeoffs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures.
- Ability to define SLOs/SLIs and drive reliability work.
- Excellent coding skills, preferably in Go, Python, or similar languages.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
