Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
Build backend and/or frontend components using established development practices.
Produce clean, efficient, reusable code and support application integration across systems and platforms.
Develop and execute unit and integration tests, analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD practices and support application deployment and post-implementation activities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project documentation and knowledge sharing.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1–5 years of professional software development experience, depending on seniority level.
Experience with one or more of Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Knowledge of modern software development methodologies and Agile frameworks.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and learning skills.
