Responsibilities
- Design and develop highly reliable, available, and scalable architectures for core services and new products.
- Own production systems and ensure they operate smoothly and reliably.
- Deploy code to production daily using CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive complex cross-domain technical problems from design through production.
- Help shape the team roadmap and influence product and technical direction.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers on cross-department initiatives.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or military-equivalent certifications.
- At least 3 years of hands-on full-stack coding experience.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Experience writing clean, tested, and high-quality code.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- Independent self-learning ability and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience with Grafana and Prometheus, Kubernetes, and Elastic is advantageous.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity is advantageous.
