Base Salary

$110k - $130k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and automate ML pipelines with robust CI/CD processes.
  • Productionalize models by packaging and deploying them as scalable services.
  • Implement and manage monitoring for production models, tracking performance and data drift.
  • Manage and evolve the MLOps toolchain, including model registries and feature stores.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to optimize models for production.
  • Champion MLOps best practices for reproducibility and governance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience focused on MLOps.
  • 2+ years of programming experience in Python or Go.
  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code.
