Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, build, maintain, and improve reusable automation frameworks and libraries.
- Create test plans, test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.
- Develop and execute automated validation processes and testing tools.
- Track test coverage, defects, resolutions, bug fixes, and mitigation techniques.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve continuous deployment practices and automation strategies.
- Work with business subject matter experts, users, testers, developers, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve problems.
- Perform backend/database programming for key projects.
- Document automation processes, test cases, debugging data, and project outcomes according to company guidelines.
Requirements
- Mandatory FullStack SDET skills.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Experience designing and executing software test automation for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to develop reusable automation frameworks, libraries, test cases, and validation processes.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming.
- Ability to create technical specifications, resolve complex design issues, and track defects through resolution.
- Ability to collaborate with Agile delivery teams and business subject matter experts.
- Ability to document code and projects and follow accepted design patterns and company standards.
- Ability to stay current with industry standards and apply them appropriately.
