Responsibilities
- Run and maintain end-to-end business scenarios and regression tests for Champion Assist.
- Perform exploratory testing and validate AI agent responses for correctness, relevance, consistency, and user experience.
- Identify cross-agent, integration, and edge-case issues and communicate findings to Engineering.
- Create and maintain automated regression and AI evaluation suites as product coverage evolves.
- Re-test fixes and validate product behavior across changing releases, products, and environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of testing experience; web testing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of QA concepts, methodologies, and automation testing tools.
- Experience with an automated testing tool such as Selenium or TestComplete.
- Programming experience is a plus.
- Good communication and documentation skills, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to work with global teams are preferred.
