Base Salary
$100k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, upgrade, and deploy software projects and programs.
- Evaluate and resolve moderately complex technical challenges and issues.
- Lead projects, serve as an escalation point, and guide less experienced staff.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, peers, colleagues, and managers.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and contribute to technical strategy and planning.
- Support reliability, stability, security, operational excellence, and applicable risk and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Spring Boot in the Java ecosystem or ASP.NET Core in .NET.
- At least 2 years of experience with React or Angular.
- At least 2 years of experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database.
- At least 1 year of experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Ability to lead moderately complex technical initiatives, influence technical decisions, collaborate across distributed Agile teams, solve problems, communicate technical concepts, manage priorities, and deliver reliable results.
