Base Salary
$38k - $64k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assist with designing, developing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying enterprise software applications and technology solutions.
- Create and support workflows, automations, user experiences, business rules, integrations, and application features using low-code platforms, configuration tools, and traditional coding.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support integrations involving APIs, enterprise data, cloud services, and external systems.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge-sharing materials, project deliverables, and defect resolution.
- Participate in Agile planning, user story development, sprint ceremonies, and team collaboration.
- Gain exposure to artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- By the start date, have completed at least 15 college-level credit hours.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Preferably be currently pursuing or planning to pursue a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Have exposure to programming through coursework, academic projects, internships, personal projects, hackathons, or similar experiences.
- Prefer familiarity with one or more of Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, or related technologies.
- Prefer exposure to Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar enterprise application platforms.
- Prefer familiarity with APIs, integrations, data management concepts, cloud platforms, Git, GitHub, Jira, or Confluence.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, written communication, verbal communication, collaboration, curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
