Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, test, debug, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to understand requirements and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Manage and support the team, provide solutions across teams, and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Mentor junior team members and improve development processes for greater efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring software quality and alignment with project goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in the Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
