Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s security strategy across infrastructure, data, and AI systems.
- Establish governance models and compliance readiness for SOC 2, ISO, and potentially FedRAMP.
- Design and implement guardrails, monitoring, and policy enforcement for autonomous AI agents.
- Develop and potentially commercialize security products and internal security tooling.
- Lead incident response, threat modeling, red-team exercises, and adversarial testing of AI systems.
- Represent Human Agency in client conversations, partner discussions, industry forums, publications, and talks.
- Deploy and operate zero-trust architectures, secure multi-agent systems, monitoring and detection tools, and secure data pipelines hands-on.
- Write code, configure systems, and debug production environments when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience as a CISO, VP of Security, or Head of Security at a high-growth technology company, ideally involving AI systems at scale.
- Deep hands-on experience securing AI and machine learning systems, including LLM architectures, model training pipelines, and inference infrastructure.
- Experience building and operating cloud-native security programs across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with zero-trust frameworks, identity and access management, and secure multi-tenant architectures.
- Deep knowledge of threat modeling and red teaming, ideally including prompt injection, model inversion, or data poisoning.
- Experience designing and implementing security monitoring, incident response, and scalable compliance programs.
- A track record of building or contributing to security products or customer-used security tooling.
- Ability to work as a technical builder, product-minded commercial partner, client-facing representative, and teacher.
