Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-performance, scalable AI/ML infrastructure.
- Build and execute production ML pipelines efficiently.
- Serve machine learning models at scale using relevant serving frameworks.
- Create tools for continuous monitoring, observability, improvement, and drift detection.
- Translate AI opportunities into deployable and sustainable products.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, architects, DevOps engineers, domain experts, partners, and clients.
- Share knowledge of AI infrastructure, model monitoring, business processes, and domain expertise to guide others.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Kserve.
- Familiarity with Azure, Terraform, Helm charts, Argo CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Foundational understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Experience with relational and vector databases.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of Go, C#, or SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical, verbal, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
