Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of major team-scoped projects.
- Participate in cross-team initiatives for HR and Payroll products.
- Provide feedback and suggest solutions during product work.
- Maintain a good understanding of the team’s domain.
- Contribute to the shared codebase and provide feedback on code reviews.
- Debug and solve technical and business issues.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers.
- Investigate and implement improvements to the platform.
- Build reusable workflows and primitives in the codebase.
- Use verification loops to ensure results are correct and reliable.
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Practical experience designing or adopting automation workflows.
- Ability to think in systems and define clear specifications.
- Experience with Postgres or similar databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab or GitHub.
